CONTEST AND QUALIFYING PERIOD:
Players can participate in the applicable tournaments of Bodog Poker ("Sponsor") during the qualifying period for the chance to win a seat at the Punta Cana Satelliteprice package worth $4000 ("Contest").
The qualifying period for the Contest begins at September 1, 2011 and ends at October 16, 2011 ("Qualifying Period").
STRUCTURE OF TOURNAMENTS
Players can enter the PCPC Online Qualifiers (as many tournaments as they wish) as long as they have the funds available in their Bodog player account. Players can also directly buy in to any round of tournament as long as they have the funds available in the Bodog player account.
Players can qualify for a "Punta Cana Cheap Seat" tournament by buying a seat for US $1.10.
Players can qualify for a "Punta Cana Quarterfinal" tournament by buying a seat for US $2.75 or US $5.50 depending on which "Punta Cana Quarterfinal" a player decides to play in or by winning a "Punta Cana Cheap Seat" tournament. Players can qualify for a "Punta Cana Semifinal" by buying a seat for US $38.50 or US $16.50 depending on which "Punta Cana Semifinal" a player decides to play in or by winning a "Punta Cana Quarter Final" tournament.
Players can qualify for a "Punta Cana Satellite" by buying a seat for US $250 or by winning a "Punta Cana Semifinal" tournament.
In order for a player to win the Main Prize, a "Punta Cana Satellite" must be won.
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY:
Participation in the Contest is open only to entrants who:
• participate in the applicable tournaments during the Qualifying Period.
• are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
• hold or register for a valid "Bodog" player account (including an accurate, functioning e-mail address);
• are eligible and capable of travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
("Entrants").
By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules, the standard terms and conditions of www.bodog.co.uk (which can be found on the website) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
PRIZES AND WINNING
There will be 6 Punta Cana Satellite Events each of which are guaranteed to award at least 5 players (30 players in total) with one (1) Punta Cana seat at the PCPC and the following prize package (total approximate value $4000):

In the event that there is any surplus in the prize pool of any particular Punta Cana Satellite, further cash prizes may be distributed to lower ranked players in descending order.
Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Prize.
The Winners will be contacted within 48 hours by (or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter) telephone by a customer service representative of the Sponsor or Sponsor's designee.
The Winners must claim the Main Prize within 48 hours from being contacted by a customer service representative, in order to make the necessary arrangements.
Potential winners' eligibility shall be verified by Sponsor prior to the declaration of a Winner's status. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release and publicity release or the Main Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Potential winners will be required to enter into a PCPC "Player Agreement" prior to being confirmed and declared a winner. Once potential winner's eligibility has been verified they will be declared an Official Winner.
Official Winners:
• must play in the 2011 Punta Cana Satellite as a member of Team Bodog using his best endeavours to perform to the best of their ability; and
• not to do anything which may reasonably be considered to be prejudicial to the good image of the Sponsor.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Main Prize constitutes the Winner's consent that his/her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.
If a Winner is unable to take up the Main Prize for whatever reason, an alternative Winner will be chosen.
The Main Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Contest, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live) and individuals residing in the same household (whether or not related) of those employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.
All dollar values expressed herein are expressed in United States Dollars.
Entrants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively, the "Releasees") are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize, or participation in this Contest, or any Contest- or Prize-related activities and (b) winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the perpetual, worldwide right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; (c) Entrant's contact information may be provided to Contest co-marketers, partners, or Prize providers. Entrant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, suits, proceedings, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising from or related to the Entrant's participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of Prizes.
Disclaimer Of Warranties: Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize, or portion of any prize, furnished in connection with the Contest. If a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a manner determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error herein, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of Prizes. Only the stated Prizes will be awarded. Sponsor shall have the right to terminate or amend the Contest or the Contest rules at any time in its sole discretion. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest without obligation or liability of any kind. If for any reason the Contest, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Entrant or its designated agents deemed responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, with appropriate alternate method of prize award selected. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
