All deposits with Bodog are processed free of charge. However, we may charge a fee if you deposit money into your Bodog account and then withdraw it without placing any bets first. This fee will be limited to our actual costs of processing the transactions. In addition, eWallets may charge their own fees per transaction as per their specific policies.  You may contact eWallets directly to enquire about their fee structure. Your Credit Card provider or Card Issuing Bank may also charge fees such as Cash Advance Fees or International Transaction Fees.  Please review our Fees section for more information.

Bodog works hard to ensure your account information is secure. To ensure any emails received from Bodog are genuine, look for a proper Bodog greeting. Bodog emails will always begin with your last name and Bodog account number. Emails will be sent from Bodog.co.uk, and newsletters will be sent from press@reply.bodog.co.uk.

When signing in to your Bodog account, avoid using any hyperlinks that you receive in suspicious emails or newsletters. You should always manually enter the URL as www.bodog.co.uk.

You may be requested to fax documentation to us to verify personal or financial information used in your Bodog account. However, you will never be asked for your personal password. If you are suspicious about an unsolicited email that asks for documentation, sign in to your Bodog account. If the email is legitimate, a copy of it will be included in your account messages. If no message is waiting for you, or if you are suspicious of any requests concerning your Bodog account, call our Financial Services Department at the number listed below.
