Please note that wherever possible, withdrawals will be made back to the method used for depositing to your account.
How to Request a Withdrawal
After signing in, click the Payout link. You can also click the Manage Account link and then click the Payout link in the left navigation bar of the My Account page.
Select the withdrawal method you want to use by clicking the appropriate link on the left side of the page.
Enter the amount you want to be paid.
Click Request Payout. Your pending withdrawal is marked as Requested.
Withdrawals are processed each day on a first come, first served basis and can take as little as 24 hours to process, as long as all preauthorised or pending deposits to your Bodog account have settled. After a withdrawal has been processed and the funds have been removed from your Bodog account, the transfer times can be found below under "Withdrawal Methods". Additionally:
Your withdrawal request can't be processed until we receive the funds from all pending deposits (which can be up to 5 business days after you make a deposit).
You can submit only one withdrawal request at a time. If you want to request another withdrawal, cancel the one that is pending.
Ensure that your address and all other account information is correct before making a withdrawal request.
You may be required to submit additional information for account verification.
Bodog Poker, Casino, Sportsbook and Racebook reserves the right to charge a handling fee for withdrawals less than $20.
You may be charged a fee if you deposit money into your Bodog account and then withdraw it without placing any bets first. This fee will be limited to the actual costs of processing the transactions.
Withdrawal Methods
A variety of withdrawal options may be available depending on where you reside. Please note that your withdrawal method will be dependant on the method by which you deposited. For information on the available payout method for each deposit method, please check the deposit page.
Bodog reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in the manner that is most appropriate.
Bodog may charge fees if there is little or no activity in an account between deposit and withdrawal. These fees will be limited to what our actual costs are for processing the transactions.
Credit & Debit Cards (Visa/Maestro/Solo/Switch/Delta) If you have funded your account with a credit or debit card, your withdrawal will be issued back to that card (excluding MasterCard). Please note, withdrawals take approximately 5-7 business days to be credited to your card.
MasterCard Due to MasterCard restrictions on the receipt of gambling winnings, Bodog is unable to credit withdrawals to your MasterCard. Withdrawals will be sent to your bank account on satisfactory completion of our additional verification steps.
NETELLER If you have a NETELLER account and if you have deposited money into your Bodog account using NETELLER, you can select this withdrawal method. If you do not have a NETELLER account and would like to open one, please contact them via their website at www.neteller.com.
