Making a Deposit

How to Make a Deposit

  1. After signing in, click the Deposit link. You can also click the Manage Account link and then click the Deposit link in the left navigation bar of the My Account page.

  2. Select the deposit method you want to use by clicking the appropriate link on the left side of the page.
  3. Enter the amount you want to deposit and your account details for the deposit method you've selected.
  4. Click Make Deposit.
  5. If the amount you entered is correct, click OK when prompted.

You may be charged a fee if you deposit money into your Bodog account and then withdraw it without placing any bets first. This fee will be limited to the actual costs of processing the transactions.

Deposit Methods

A variety of deposit options may be available depending on where you reside. Please note that payouts requested will be processed via the same method used to deposit. Therefore, if you have deposited with a specific eWallet, your payout will be processed by the same method and returned to the same account.

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/Solo/Switch/Delta)
Once you have registered your Card with Bodog, you can transfer funds directly from your bank account to your Bodog account. The funds are available immediately for wagering.

Note: To verify your identity and card ownership, you may be asked to complete either a Credit Card Verification Agreement  or Debit Card Verification Agreement for debit or credit card you are using to make deposits. Enter your account information on the form, then print, sign, and date it. Additionally, make an imprint of your credit card by placing it under the printed form and lightly rubbing a pencil over the top of it. Fax the completed form to +800-1004-1005, or email to verification@bodog.co.uk, along with the following documents:

  • A photocopy of your government issued photo ID (e.g., your driver's licence).
  • Photocopies, front and back, of your credit or debit card.
  • A photocopy of one other piece of ID (e.g., your passport or a credit card statement that shows your name and account number). 

Click2Pay
You can transfer funds directly from your Click2Pay account to your Bodog account. The funds will be transferred immediately. You must use your own Click2Pay account. If you don't have a Click2Pay account and would like to open one, please contact them via their website at www.click2pay.com.

NETELLER
You can transfer funds directly from your NETELLER account to your Bodog account. The funds will be transferred immediately. You must use your own NETELLER account. If you don't have a NETELLER account and would like to open one, please contact them via their website at www.neteller.com.

Moneybookers
You can transfer funds directly from your Moneybookers account to your Bodog account. The funds will be transferred immediately. You must use your own Moneybookers account. If you don't have a Moneybookers account and would like to open one, please contact them via their website at www.moneybookers.com.

paysafecard

If you already have a paysafecard, select the paysafecard method from the Deposits page. Once you enter your deposit amount, you will be instantly redirected to paysafecard's website to enter your 16 digit paysafecard PIN number. You can combine up to ten paysafecard PINs for each transaction.

Laser Card Deposit (powered by Moneybookers)
Instantly fund your Bodog account by Laser Card using your Moneybookers account. The funds will be transferred immediately. You must use your own Moneybookers account. What You Need to Know Before You Deposit by Credit Card

When your Visa or MasterCard deposit is successful, the descriptor that will appear on your credit card statement for this transaction will be displayed. Kindly take a moment to take note of this for your records.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the transaction you're about to make to show up as a completed transaction on your credit card statement. It should first show as a pending Pre-Authorization until the transaction has been completed by us. A pre-authorization is essentially a "hold" on your card's available balance for the amount of the deposit you have attempted.  This is done for any deposit attempts that are initiated but have yet to be completed and can even apply to failed deposit attempts. This is very common for electronic (online) transactions. Once we complete the transaction, the pre-authorized funds will be replaced by an actual charge to your card. If the transaction failed initially, the pre-authorized funds will again become accessible in your card's available balance.
 
Many credit and debit cards have restrictions placed on them for making online purchases or for use with gaming sites.  If your card cannot be used successfully on our site, we would suggest visiting our Deposit page to view alternate deposit options that may be convenient to you.
 
Gift cards or pre-paid credit cards are a good alternative to using your regular credit / debit card, however they can also be restricted just like a regular card.  If you choose to use a gift card or pre-paid card, please be sure that it can be used for International purchases and can also be used for electronic (online) purchases.

Deposits you make within a few days of one another may all be deducted from your credit card balance on the same day, depending on when the transactions were completed by us and your bank's processing times. While these may appear as 'duplicated' deposits at first glance, we ask that you carefully review your statement or contact us for clarification as this is most likely not the case.

If you do not recognize a transaction on your Visa or MasterCard statement, please call us at +800-1004-2004. Or if you need assistance reconciling your credit card statement or feel that you may have been over or under charged, please call us. It is our primary goal to ensure our clients' accounts are reflected accurately, and we'll be more than happy to help you.
 
Please remember that before you are eligible for a payout, you are required to provide a completed, signed Credit Card Verification Form or Debit Card Verification Form. To avoid unnecessary delays in processing your payout, we encourage you to forward this documentation early. Be advised, documentation is reviewed on a first come first serve basis.
