Call Bets 'Annonces', or call bets, are based on the way in which certain numbers lie next to each other on the roulette wheel. These bets come from French Roulette, which is why French names are used. Each bet corresponds to a particular wheel section and represents a combination of several standard bets. 'Annonces' are placed on the racetrack found at the top of the table. The numbers on the racetrack duplicate the arrangement of numbers on the wheel itself.
